The Villages at Stow was permitted with a Comprehensive Permit under the Chapter 40B. It is comprised of 96 residential units in single family and twonhouse configurations. It also incorporates a commercial component that was approved under the same permit. The project required careful design considerations in connection with a Sewage Treatment Plant and Public Water Supply wells. Stamski and McNary, Inc., provided extensive Civil Engineering and Land Surveying services in order to make this complex project a reality.
